1.SAMPLING

Subra tex has a well experienced sample team.Sampling is one of the main process in Textile Industry. It has a vital role in attracting buyers who generally place the order after they are satisfied with the quality of the samples.Our sample team are closely working with designing, Production & Merchandiser team.

2.DYEING

We use dyes of international standards and offer color fastness standards that are commercially approved. Colour fastness to rubbing, washing and light is tested for each dye lot. We can closely match colors that are specified by our customers.

3.WEAVING

We have powerlooms and autolooms to weave our fabric. Production team will makesure with ensuring the quality of the fabric as per customer approved sample. Subra tex production capacity 2 lakh meter per month.

4.PRINTING

Subra team offer printed designs to suitable printing methods like Flat bed table screen printing, rotary printing, MHM printing, Digital print and Sublimation print which one suited to volumes and design specific needs

5.CUTTING TO STITCHING

Once we receive the fabric after weaving and printing it is then sent to our cutting unit. Our qualified cutting masters cut the fabric in accordance with the product sizes and types. The fabric thus cut is then sent to our own stitiching unit.

6.QUALITY ASSURANCE

Subra tex Quality team check the product quality from customer point of view.They are always coordinate with Each department from Yarn to Packing and Testing lab for ensure the quality as per buyer requirement and quality standard.

7.PACKING TO DESPATCH

Subra tex team always working with proper time shedule for on time deleivery.Once Shipment are ready to export then cartons dispatched generally to the Chennai or Tuticorin port, where our team oversees the timely completion of Customs documentation and shipment of the goods.

Supported by a strongly built infrastructural framework comprising of looms, weaving plants and other manufacturing units, we ensure that only products of the highest standards reach our clients. In addition, we keep upgrading our infrastructure to keep pace with the changes in the industry and client needs.
